SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout based on the address you input. All shipments are sent out via UPS
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are process within 2 business days, excluding weekend and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted processing begins and the order cannot be caneled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at Support@NallaDesigns.com

5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customer will have an option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provide delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
Nalla Designs personally packs and inspects all orders before they ship out. Nalla Designs is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in teh hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrived damages, reach out to us at Support@NallaDesigns.com so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
The TSA (transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require different shipping method

30 DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please let us know.
In the instance that Nalla Designs made an error with your order, or if you received a damaged/defective product, we have a 30-day replacement policy beginning on the date of your delivery confirmation.

Mistakes happen, so PLEASE review all submitted artwork, spelling, uploaded material, and product descriptions at checkout to ensure a great customer experience. We love creativity and what our customers design, so you are responsible for proofing your order. We will not call you because you used a "Z" instead of an "S", because everyone has their own style and we respect the creative process.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item is defective, damaged or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 30-days so that we can evaluate the issue.
REFUNDS
If you have a problem with your order, again, please let us know. Because we are in the business of customizing products, we do not offer monetary refunds. In any circumstance where a refund has been issued, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take up to 14-days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless otherwise stated, customized items are non-returnable. All costs accumulated in use of our Digital Design Services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
